The Lagree fitness method is a unique full body workout that effectively combines strength & endurance, cardio, core, balance and flexibility in each and every move.

The unique machine provides an infinite amount of exercises. It uses a system of resistance and counter resistance that places your muscles under constant tension.
THE TEAM
Love Lagree was founded in 2019 by former professional dancer Lorraine Jenkins. She was searching for a workout that was challenging, time-efficient, effective, safe and fun.
THE RESULTS
The method delivers amazing results FAST. The workout focuses on slow resistance-based movements to activate the slow-twitch muscle fibres which sculpt, tone and strengthen the body from head to toe.
